Google has a bad habit of not being innovative. Over the course of its history, the company has simply taken the most recent software idea/concept, and restructured it under the Google umbrella. Sometimes it has been successful with things like Google Maps/Earth that have practically run Mapquest out of the consideration set for online directions all together. Other times, their attempt has been a bit of a failure as shown by the Google Wave which had too high of a learning curve for most users. Their model has worked for them, so there’s no point changing it right?
Meanwhile, does anyone remember Face from Nick, Jr.? It looks like he found a job after Nickelodeon they gave him eyebrows and hands as a bonus.
